Real size mock-up of hinge part and front part.

First try on hinge:

• It's impossibe to drill hole through such long distance.

Second try on hinge:

• instead of drilling, I made gap when I laminate layers. 2nd and 3rd layers have cut on same place as the place I was planing to drill
